I started Quick Occasion because I realized my “obsessive planning thing” is actually a superpower. I'm the person who stays up late perfecting the seating chart, who finds the most amazing vendors you've never heard of, and who genuinely LOVES making people's faces light up when they walk into a room I designed.

Based right here in Tampa Bay (☀️ yes, I'm a Florida girl through and through), I coordinate everything from intimate backyard baby showers to full-blown weddings to corporate groundbreaking ceremonies. No event is too small, and no detail is too tiny.
